As an Executive Coach, Entrepreneur, and Board Director, I am passionate about inspiring leadership in business. With extensive experience in executive coaching and as a Chair of executive peer groups at TEC Canada, I work directly with executives to help them make better decisions, achieve outstanding results, and grow their businesses.

I know what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur, having grown my own business before eventually selling it - every entrepreneur's dream. My experience at TEC Canada as a CEO member for 8 years, and now as a coach and TEC Chair, has shown me the profound impact that executive coaching can have on leaders looking to reach their full potential. I lead three groups of CEOs and business owners and provide them with the support, guidance, and challenging questions they need to thrive.
