How does it work?An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with individuals (usually executives, but often high-potential leaders) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board. This is done in one-to-one confidential meetings with the coach and coachee.

Is there a governing body for Coaches?The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.
